Malcolm Mooney & The Tenth Planet — InCANtations LP

Malcolm Mooney has been playing music for quite awhile with one form or another of the Tenth Planet, but he is best known for his work with CAN, the voice behind most of the best that the kraut legends had to offer. In July 2010, Mooney and the Tenth Planet got together for a couple shows in the San Francisco Bay Area, where they played nothing but Malcolm's CAN songs...and, man, what shows! Luckily for those of you who missed it, the fine folks at Milva Son compiled the best of these two shows and pressed up 386 copies of this fine LP on blue vinyl. Soul Desert, Father Cannot Yell, Outside My Door, Uphill, Fall of Another Year, and more...played with shambolic intensity. Great stuff! (Milva Son)
